This collection covers a range of services designed to make your wedding day stress-free and enjoyable. Prior to the big day, the Day of Coordinator engages in an initial meeting to understand your wedding vision, collect contracts, and gather vendor contact information. For weddings booked more than six months out, the service extends to providing professional recommendations and monthly to-do checklists. Unlimited communication and consultations are offered to address any questions. The coordinator contacts all other wedding professionals to collaborate on a master timeline and manages the design and layout of décor and rentals. A final meeting is conducted 2-3 weeks before the wedding to solidify details. On the wedding day, a minimum of two coordinators are included, overseeing tasks such as decorating, setting up rented items, facilitating pick-ups and deliveries, assisting the wedding party, distributing corsages and bouquets, repurposing ceremony décor, and meeting with vendors. They also manage the ceremony rehearsal, troubleshoot issues, run the day-of timeline, ensure the bride and groom are taken care of, distribute tips, and oversee the clean-up process.
